UNIONVILLE, Pa.--Jill Hunt is the new President of its Board of Directors of Plantation Field Equestrian Events, a non-profit organization committed to promoting national and international equestrian sport.
Hunt brings a background in business and a commitment to the equestrian community.
Her leadership is expected to guide Plantation Field through its next chapter.
“I am honored and excited to take on this role,” said Hunt. “I look forward to working alongside our dedicated board members and volunteers to enhance the Plantation Field experience and focus on the events, horses, and riders.”
Plantation Field is committed to maintaining its status as one of the premier 4* events in the U.S., with plans to:
• Enhance footing and revamp cross-country fences at all levels.
• Continue investments in water and turf development.
• Partner with Devyn Ivy Media to strengthen brand visibility, grow audience engagement, and attract sponsorships. Founder Devyn Trethewey will spearhead innovative approaches in media relations, social strategy, and event planning.
THE 2025 Plantation Field calendar will feature:
• Recognized & Unrecognized Events, including September's International Horse Trials.
• Jumper Shows, Cross-Country Schooling Days, and Dressage Schooling Shows.
• A spring fundraiser to kick off the season.
Molly Pellegrini is a new Board Member.
Pellegrini serves as a member of the USEA Board of Governors and has held leadership roles, including Vice President of Administration & Finance and chairing multiple committees, such as the Intercollegiate Eventing Committee and Emerging Athletes U21 Task Force.
