As Equestrians, we’re undoubtedly blessed to spend our lives with horses, but it’s not an endeavor for the faint of heart…it’s a life often filled with long hours and hard work!
For some, their days are filled with managing a farm, teaching lessons and training and caring for horses, often late into the evening.
Others spend long hours in front of their computer, hit the gym before or after work, and then make time to ride and care for their horses.
And of course, there are household responsibilities, meals to shop for and prepare, family activities, the list goes on- It’s a giant balancing act and, I know from experience, it can be exhausting!
Over the years, I recognized the importance of offering my clients healthy options to improve energy and focus, to help them sleep well, to control stress, maintain a healthy weight and boost their immune system.
As some of you know, for many years, I’ve offered massage therapy and Magnawave / pemf, for both horses and equestrians.
In 2018, I completed an Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching certification, and I’m pleased to announce that I’ve recently added a nutrition assessment option to my list of services.
