After working in the carpentry trade since 1976 we started James K. Holton, Inc. as a general contractor in 1991 doing residential construction and site work.

In 2015 our son purchased the business and continues to own and operate it as a general contractor.

At that point I transitioned into light excavation work.

My services include pasture mowing and land maintenance along with light excavation.

We have the equipment to mow overgrown fields, out of control hedge rows, light clearing, cutting or clearing of trails, as well as stone driveway maintenance and repair, and demo of small buildings.

I am licensed and insured and serve the southern Chester County areas around Landenberg, New London, West Grove, Unionville, Avondale, Oxford, and Kennett Square.
