Hay Pillow gives you six reasons to feed hay from ground level
1-Less strain on the skeletal system and soft tissue because equines are designed to primarily eat with the head down.
2-Natural Wear of Teeth & More: A natural grazing position allows the mandible (jaw bone) to come down and forward in the atlantoaxial and temporomandibular joints.
This enables the mandible to move up and down, side to side, forward and back without any restriction - facilitating natural wear of teeth along with optimum mastication and reduction of particle size.
3-Better Respiratory Health: Enables nasal passages to drain effectively thereby minimizing the inhalation of dust and particles.
4-Relaxed Mental & Emotional State: A horse’s emotional state is reflected in body position and posture. If we require a horse to eat with their head elevated, we are encouraging an alert and tense mental state.
5-Keeps Hay & Dust Out of Eyes: Eliminates the risk of hay and dust falling into your horse's eyes.
6-Unobstructed Peripheral Vision: The Standard Hay Pillows and Mini Hay Pillows® do not impair the horse's peripheral vision.
If impaired, this can create tension psychologically.
Horses are prey animals and depend on sight and sound to detect predators.

ATGLEN, Pa.--If you’re thinking of building a barn, indoor arena or run-in shed, you’ve probably given the details lots of thought.
How nice would it be to go to a barn showroom/design center and ponder your choices in person?
Graber Supply in Atglen, Pa.,not only has everything you need – they also have a showroom and design center!
Sit in comfort and peruse all the materials you need for post frame or pole barn construction, whether you’re building an indoor arena, horse barn, run-in shed, garage or storage building.

We are a seventh and eighth generation father and son duo, mainly crop farming, while raising grass fed, grain finished angus cross cattle, with the help of family and friends.
Starting with our own livestock, we’ve noticed the lack of feeder and fencing availability in the local area.
Adding another stem to our farm, we have localized the process of farmers and ranchers gaining access to livestock feeders and fencing equipment.
Not only do we have cattle, goat and sheep equipment, we just recently gained access to Mar-welds, Equine Products as well as Martin Horse feeders.
These cattle are rotational grazed on pasture in a regenerative process.
We converted land from grain farming to pasture, and also grazing fenced in farm land after corn harvest.
This corn ground was inter-seeded with cover crops at the V4 corn growth stage by using a specially built toolbar built.
We also run a contracted hog operation using our own swine nutrients for fertilizer on mainly strip-tilled or no till grain fields.
100% of our ground gets cover crops from just using cereal rye, up to an eight-way blended variety that is used to increase organic matter in our soils.
This leads to sustainability for the future generations.
