A Successful Year for Iron Spring Farm Sires Kaiman and Cum Laude, Honoring Mary Alice Malone's Legacy

Iron Spring Farm secured welcome results at the 50th Anniversary 2025 Dressage at Devon show and the 2025 KWPN-NA Keuring Tour.
IValourThe farm's success serves as a moving tribute to its visionary founder, Mary Alice Malone.
ISF stallions Kaiman (Dark Pleasure x Gribaldi) and Cum Laude (Apache x Weltmeyer) were well-represented by their offspring this year.
KaimanAt the 2025 Dressage at Devon breed show, 2-year-old filly Temptation ISF (Kaiman x Vitalis) was Grand Champion, Young Horse Champion, and ProElite/USDFBC Filly Champion.
Friesian Sporthorse Valentine ISF (Kaiman x Tjalbert 460) was ProElite/USDFBC Foal Champion and winner of the Pro Elite/USDF Current Year Foal East Coast Series Final and KWPN breed class.
Cum Laude secured first place for the third consecutive year in the Get of Sire class.
ICum LaudeHis son, the Lusitano cross Usher ISF (x Escorial), was the ProElite/USDFBC Colt/Gelding Champion.
On the 2025 KWPN-NA Keuring Tour, Kaiman First Premium foals Valour ISF (x Sir Sinclair) earned High Score Dressage Foal, and Valkyrie HS (x Azteca VDL) was Reserve National Champion for Jumper Foals.
His 2024 filly Ullara NHF (x Gaudi) was #5 in the Nation for Dressage Yearlings.
Cum Laude had multiple foals awarded First Premium and his 2023 filly Time to Shine CCE (x Facet) was First Premium and ranked #6 in the Nation for Dressage 2-Year-Olds.
Cum Laude, known for his confidence and striking modern looks, competed at the 2018 World Championships for Young Horses, winning the CDI1* PSG class, and then advanced to the CDI3* level.
As a sire Cum Laude produces wonderful dressage horses with friendly dispositions.
He gives elasticity, reach in the gaits, height, and rideability.
Kaiman has successfully shown through Fourth Level and is known as a very sweet stallion who is a pleasure to be around.
ValentineHe passes on his beautiful type, good frame, competitive movement, and reliable, trainable temperament.
Kaiman is on track to be named the 2025 USEF Leading Sire for Dressage Breeding and Cum Laude is currently in third place.
