PERRYVILLE, Md.--A fantastic Christmas Gala is being held this Saturday, a wonderful way to get a headstart of Christmas shopping.
Fair Hill International, the “Green to Gold” organization that hosts horse trials, endurance and driving events all season long, as well as partnering with the MarsMD 5* to produce the competition, is again hosting its fantastic Christmas Gala on Saturday, Dec. 3 at the Principio Iron Masters Mansion in Perryville, Md.
This Christmas Gala offers magnificent Christmas decorations, libations, scrumptious food by The Wellwood, intriguing silent and live auctions, visiting with old friends and general merriment!
The lights on the gigantic tree on the lawn can be seen from the Route 40 highway to guide you in!
This year the Maryland Horse Industry Board, a sponsor of the event, will celebrate FHI President of 35 years, Trish Gilbert with the Maryland Touch Of Class Award in advance of her induction into the US Eventing Hall of Fame.
The Stewart Companies Family makes this fundraiser possible with the donation of the historic Iron Masters Mansion, built in the 1800’s, which will already be decorated by the Principio Furnace Foundation Executive Director, Sarah Colenda for the Stewart Family Christmas.
In preparation for the evening a list of some of the auction items like a Bates Saddle, Brook Ledge Horse Transport, Antique Holly Carriage Whip, Rustic Getaway, Signed Decoys and much more is available on the Fair Hill International website.
