Annings Legacy, owned by Peggy Owens, a Welsh Pony Cross handled by Raach won the PBHA Trophy Winner

“I have been coming to Devon since I was probably two in leadline, and have been coming here ever since, said Raach. "This is my second time winning this, and I am here every year.”

“DEVON MEANS tradition to me," she said. "I have grown up here. I have won many awards here, and I get to see people I don’t get to see all the time here. So tradition is the best way I would describe it.”

“It’s great. I knew I had a really nice pony," said Raach. "He’s done really well this year at our local Pennsylvania and New Jersey shows, so I knew coming in I had a great pony, so that always makes it a little less nerve-racking. He has been on his A-game all day.”

Small and large junior hunters competing at 3'3" had three classes each in the Dixon Oval.

In the Large division, Chaperone, ridden by Alexandra Rowe, won one class, placed third in another and fifth in the third while First And Goal, ridden by Jessica Gulden, had a first and a fourth.

In the Small division,Talisman, ridden by Hannah Blasdell, Nightcap, ridden by Jamison Lile, and SWS High Light, ridden by Violt Rheingold, each won a class while Remember Romance, ridden by Taylor Matlon, was the only horse scoring in more than one class, finishing with a second, a third and a sixth.
