HERNING, Denmark--The U.S. Dressage Team for the World Championship begins competition tomorrow, Saturday, Aug.6.
The team of Katie Duerrhammer of Greenwood Village, Colo.on Quartett, Ashley Holzer of Wellington, Fla. and Valentine, Adrienne Lyle of Wellington, Fla., with Salvino and Steffen Peters of San Diego, Calif., on Suppenkasper, along with Alice Tarjan of Oldwick, N.J., and Serenade MF, first alternate, is led by Chef d’Equipe George Williams and Team Leader Hallye Griffin.
Team competition is Saturday, Aug. 6 and Sunday, Aug.. 7,, with times listed below.
The final competition is the Freestyle Championship Wednesday, Aug. 10.

ALL FOUR combinations passed the first horse inspection.
The team drew 19 out of 19 competing nations in the order and will go last in the rotation on both days of competition.
For the first day of FEI Grand Prix competition, which will determine team medals, Katie Duerrhammer on Quartett competes at 2:11 p.m. GMT+2/8, which is 11 a.m. ET, and Ashley Holzer on Valentine goes at 7:54 p.m. GMT+2, which is 1:54 p.m. ET.
Steffen Peters on Suppenkasper will be the first for the team on Sunday, Aug. 7, set to ride at 4:14 p.m. GMT+2 or 10:14 a.m. ET, while Adrienne Lyle and Salvino will anchor the team as the final ride of the competition at 7:54 p.m. GMT+2,which is 1:45 p.m. ET.
